1. Who we are

UniqPlanner (the "Platform") is operated by [Operator company name, registered office, company ID] ("we", "us"). You can contact us at info@uniqplanner.com. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

2. The Platform

UniqPlanner connects three groups of users:

• Couples – plan their wedding (checklist, budget, guest list, seating plan, wish list, wedding website with RSVP) and contact vendors and venues through the catalog.
• Vendors (e.g. photographers, florists, musicians, caterers) – present their services in the catalog, receive inquiries and may use paid Premium tools.
• Venues (e.g. castles, farms, hotels, wineries) – present their venue in the catalog, receive inquiries and may use paid Premium features.

We provide the Platform as an intermediary. Any contract for wedding services is concluded directly between the couple and the vendor or venue; we are not a party to it and are not responsible for its performance.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details safe. A couple may invite a partner to share the same wedding. Vendors and venues are responsible for keeping their profile information (services, prices, availability, contact details) true and up to date. Profiles may be prepared by us on behalf of a business and marked as unverified until the business claims them.

4. Catalog profiles and content

Basic catalog profiles are free. You are responsible for all content you upload (texts, photos, videos) and confirm that you have the rights to publish it. We may hide or remove content or profiles that are unlawful, misleading or violate these Terms. By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform and in its promotion for as long as it is published.

5. Subscriptions for vendors and venues

• Premium features are available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are shown on the pricing page in CZK or USD.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also issues the invoices for subscriptions. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the customer portal; after cancellation Premium features remain active until the end of the paid period and your basic profile stays in the catalog.
• Discount codes (e.g. for founding members) are valid under the conditions stated with the code.

6. Couples' features

Planning features for couples are free of charge. Couples are responsible for the personal data of their guests that they enter into the Platform and for having a legal basis to process it (e.g. sending invitations).

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Platform – in particular send spam or unsolicited offers, impersonate others, upload malicious code, scrape the catalog or attempt to access other users' data.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or for the services provided by vendors and venues. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; we will notify registered users of material changes. These Terms are governed by [governing law]. Consumers residing in the EU keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country.
